How to Get Started

Contact us by phone or email to discuss services for your needs. If you decide to proceed, we will send you a contract for review. After signed contract is received, we will proceed with services.

OASIS and other clinical records may be forwarded to ACP anytime of the day. Turnaround time is 48 to 72 business hours. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM and closed during weekends and holidays. Clinical documents may be forwarded via secure email, secure fax or accessed online through agency software (READ ONLY). All information are securely received and stored by ACP utilized web portal (HIPAA Compliance).

After review of OASIS and other clinical records, ACP will provide Coding and/or OASIS "Recommendations" to agency. Agencies have an option to receive recommendations by secure email, download or through agency software email. With the download option, agency will download recommendations from ACP utilized secure database. Assesing RN/Clinician makes final decision on whether to use either all, some or none of the recommendations.

Agency will have designated staff that will be the point of contact between ACP and agency. Assessing clinician may contact ACP for questions regarding recommendations as needed. After "Recommendations" are provided to the agency, the point of contact is responsible for ensuring recommendations are addressed by assessing RN/clinician.
